After pick up at your hotel, you will visit the Nubian Museum, which houses monuments and artifacts from the long history of Nubian culture. You will then visit Kalabsha Temple, built around 30 BC on the site of a much older temple.

After being picked up from your hotel in Aswan, you will visit the monastery located opposite the southern tip of Elephantine Island. Originally known as Anba Hatre Monastery, this structure dates back to the 6th century.

Drive from Cairo to St. Catherine, arriving in the afternoon. Wake up early to hike the mountain in darkness to see sunrise from the mountaintop. Descend to visit one of Christianity’s oldest monasteries, built around the site of the Burning Bush. Return to Cairo after breakfast.

A day tour to Kom Ombo Temple, which stands on a high ground overlooking the Nile. Then onto Edfu Temple which is dedicated to god Horus and it considered the best preserved cult temple in Egypt.

Take a relaxing ride on an Egyptian sailboat in Aswan and to enjoy the river breeze, a fantastic sailing expereince around Elephantine Island and a visit to the famous Botanical Gardens in Aswan
